Anti-overflow and Anti-static Controller

Anti-overflow and anti-static controller is an automatic control system designed for oil unloading system to prevent overflow and detect electrostatic grounding. The system detects the liquid level signal through the sensor and the electrostatic grounding clamp. When the single liquid level exceeds the alarm position or the grounding circuit resistance exceeds the specified resistance value, the system outputs the audible and visual alarm signal for the field staff to understand the working status of the system in time, and outputs the relay switch signal for the oil unloading system control.

2. Integrated design for the top oil unloading system, it can be connected with 8 API standard spill-proof rods and 1 ground bolt.
3. Compatible with scully, civacon, liquip, dixon and other brands of spill detector.
4. The spill-proof rod has a fault self-test function, which is safer.
5. Plug API standard design, compatible with API car socket.
6. Ensure that the electrostatic grounding resistance between the vehicle body and the ground pile is less than or equal to 90Ω.
7. Provide audible and visual alarm signals to understand the working status of the system in time.
