AT FYF Eletronic Overfill Prevention Valve

1. Check the overflow valve before installation
   a. Whether the nameplate has explosion-proof mark and explosion-proof certificate number
   b. Check whether the cable compression nut of the overflow valve is loose. Check whether there is debris and dust inside the valve body, and clean it up
   c. Whether there are ground bolts and marks
   d. All parts are damaged or missing
   2. The power supply to the overflow valve is 220V DC. When connecting cables to the overflow valve, distinguish the positive and negative poles according to the polarity marked on the label. The wiring should be insulated to avoid short circuit or contact with the shell of the explosion-proof junction box. After the wiring is completed, the explosion-proof junction box should be filled with explosion-proof mud. The connection mode of the overflow valve and the overflow valve drive plate is shown in the attached drawing.
   3. The inspected and qualified products are not allowed to change the parts that affect the explosion-proof performance at will.
   4. The overflow valve is equipped with a special grounding, users should be correctly connected, there should be no disconnect phenomenon, grounding wire resistance should be ≤1Ω, grounding electrode resistance should be ≤1Q.
   5. The explosion-proof overflow valve can be installed on the horizontal pipeline or on the vertical pipeline, but the liquid flow direction must be the same as the flow direction sign of the overflow valve.
   6. A sealing gasket must be installed between the sealing surface of the overflow valve and the sealing surface of the flange of the oil discharge pipeline. The flange screws must be tightened to avoid leakage.
   7. There should be at least 5DN before the explosion-proof overflow valve, and at least 3DN length of the straight pipe section of the caliber of the overflow valve after it, and the inner wall of the pipe should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no obvious corrosion rust scar and convex uneven.
   8. The flow regulating valve must be installed at least 3DN downstream of the explosion-proof overflow valve.
   9. There should be no strong electromagnetic field, high-power motor and frequently started high-power relay near the installation point of the overflow valve, etc., which will be formed in the disturbance resulting in the overflow valve can not work normally
   10. The overflow valve must be installed or maintained in the case of power failure.
   11. When the level gauge detects that the oil tank reaches a high oil level, the spillproof valve automatically closes. Pull the handle of the spillproof valve to make it open before discharging the oil again.

1. Regularly check the elasticity of the sealing ring in the cable leading-in device. If the elasticity is lost due to aging, it must be replaced with parts of the same specification (size, hardness), and other replacement products shall not be used.
2. During repair and maintenance, pay attention to protecting the flameproof surface. All flameproof surfaces shall not be damaged or corroded. Do not stain or damage the seal ring.
3. Shall not arbitrarily replace the components that affect the explosion-proof performance, so as not to destroy the explosion-proof performance.
