Composite Hose is designed with the combination of multilayer of different polymers and spirals in stainless steel 316L with the latest manufacturing technology that makes it an excellent and safe solution to support cryogenic products at extreme temperatures up to -196ºC and working pressures up to 10,5Bar.In typical applications such as liquefied gas discharge loading both on trucks,wagons and even Marine applications. Included bunkering operations ship to ship.
Due to the different materials are divided into two categories:
1. SST COMPOSITE HOSE CONSTRUCTION:
●Inner wire:Stainless steel 316L(S) or 304
●External Wire:Stainless steel 316L(S) or 304
●Inner lining:PTFE(T) Cover: pvc coated polyester cloth
Application: SST is usually use for delivery aspiration of a large variety of highy corrosive and compatible with PTFE and stainless steel such as acid in low concentration among others,it is suitable for use in loading and unloading of tank trucks,wagons, in plants and marine applications.
2. GGP COMPOSITE HOSE CONSTRUCTION:

●External Wire:Galvanizing steel(G)
●Inner lining:Polypropylene(P) Cover: pvc fiberglass cloth
